Taj previously served as Community Liaison Director with Rehabilitation of the Heart, where he worked directly with individuals transitioning out of incarceration, helping them reset, refocus, and reenter society with purpose.
He currently serves as a Board Member of the National African American Insurance Association, contributing to initiatives that support leadership, development, and advancement within the industry.
His work reflects a consistent commitment to creating pathways forward for those who have been overlooked or counted out.
